Primary Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Specialist:

  • Handle Amazon cases, account health, and performance notifications.
  • Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via phone and email to find the best solutions.
  • Updating Product Listings on Amazon/Salesforce/Shopify/ShipStation.
    • Bullet Points
    • Pricing
    • Descriptions
    • Images
    • Warehouse Locations
  • Work cross-functionally to make new products live on Amazon and Shopify (SKU creation, description, size charts, images).
  • Regularly conduct website audits & maintenance to make sure all information is up to date. and that website functionality is working as expected.
  • Update and maintain lists, spreadsheets, and collection sheets.
  • Implement promotions and price changes.

Requirements:

  • Data Entry & Analysis
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Amazon Seller Central experience is required. Must be familiar with Browse Tree Guide, Inventory File Templates, and Category Listings Reports
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Shopify experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work and communicate with a team
