Skills needed:

  • Data Entry
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Salesforce/Shopify experience preferred (SF will do)

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: 
    • PO entry/changes.
      • Weekly packing list check and matching against incoming POs 
    • Creating weekly reports and statistical recaps as needed.
      • Weekly collection/product sales recaps
      • Weekly inventory reports
      • Weekly on-order report / Warehouse capacity forecast
      • Campaign performance tracker
      • Gross margin checks
      • Other ad-hoc reports
  • Maintain vendor relationships:
    • Following up with incoming shipments.
    • Requesting PO status reports. 
    • Scheduling and following up with deliveries.
    • Sending out purchase orders.
    • Following up with chargebacks and order issues.
    • Ensuring invoices are paid on time
  • Maintaining a close relationship with the warehouse:
    • Ensure goods are received in a timely manner.
    • Quality check merchandise as needed.
  • Maintaining the work-in-progress collections doc:
    • Work with buyers/vendors on gathering cost/ retail/ units/ and other information for new products
    • Update doc with ETAs, PO status, and sample tracking
