What You'll Do:
- Pick, pack, and process orders quickly and accurately.
- Use our Warehouse Management System to update inventory and track shipments.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and verify contents match packing slips.
- Organize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency.
- Handle returned items per our established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Support accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1.5 years of warehouse experience.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency.
- Basic tech skills (inventory systems, scanners, etc.).
Must-Haves:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment operations.
Essential Physical Requirements & Safety Standards:
- Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs without reasonable accommodation.
- Height & Ladder Safety: Must be comfortable working at heights and able to maintain three points of contact while climbing ladders. Must demonstrate the ability to safely climb ladders during the interview process.
- OSHA Compliance: All height-related work must be performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards (29 CFR 1910.23). Comprehensive ladder safety training will be provided and must be completed before performing height-related duties.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $17.50/hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST (Onsite Position)
